Job Description 

Responsible for capturing orders in to the system and arranging dispatches as per plan.

Ensuring material is available as per customers requirement

Co-Ordination with Internal team as well as Service Providers for timely dispatch

Ensure PO acknowledgement with delivery commitment is given within 3 days of receipt of order

Alignment with Service partners & production team and arrange for dispatch

Ensure shipment details are provided to customers on time

Ensure shipping documents are reaching customers well before vessel arrival or as per protocol set

Track consignment till it reaches designated point of delivery and inform customers in case of any abnormality

Ensure no customer complaint related to response, documentation & logistics from customer

Proactively engage with customers and understand their forecast/future needs

coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems

coordinate and mange customer feedback/complaint

Keep utmost confidentiality regarding every customer order.

Co-ordinate amongst all stake holders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyse data to monitor performance and plan improvements opportunities
