JOB SUMMARY : In this role the main responsibilities will focus on
1.Product and concept application development.
2.Provide technical support on regulatory affairs.
3.To provide technical service support to Sales and distributors for India and APAC team.
4.The candidate to work closely with the customer R&D and sales team to generate new innovative concepts and ideas for Skin and hair application.
5.The candidate should work closely with the global innovation team to understand the new offerings and global trends.
6.Other responsibilities will be to develop healthy innovation funnel (innovative concepts) by collaborating with sales managers and direct customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Assist in developing collaterals for new and existing TRI-K products.
Performs in-hose studies and interacts with external local testing facilities.
Conceptualize and develop range of product formulation with actives based on current global trends.
Design, develop, and analyze new concepts based on customer requirements.
Participates in developing and generating defined customers projects.
Performs as a strategic partner resulting in influence of change in establishing new products and concepts with the regional distributors.
Manage and evaluate portfolio data and new product /concept introduction assisting strategic decision making and Go-To-Market process.
Evaluate documentation and conducts laboratory testing for competitive products, new and alternate vendors for existing TRI-K products.
Completes customer forms and questionnaires and coding packets.
Managing the sampling process for local as well as for the AMET region.
Travels with sales team for technical support and to present TRI-K products and capabilities in India and AMET region.
Provides training to new personnel, sales team, and Distributors.
