Create understanding of culture and values with employees and support the employees through their career life cycle Ability to write crisp and impactful job descriptions. Handling recruitment 

Taking an active role in all aspects of the employee experience, starting from engaging new employees that joins through all step of the employee life-cycle till exit

Engage in initiatives geared towards promoting our employment brand, driving performance excellence, drive employee engagement and team effectiveness activity in an energizing, unique way

Partner with managers to focus on performance management in the direction to maximize employee contributions and proactively address performance issues.

Drive an effective reward and recognition strategy that reinforces the culture and behaviors<

Measuring the Talent Acquisition performance through various MIS and Trackers

Conducting Employee engagement activities and building employee relations

Responsible for managing and controlling attrition rate with innovative ideas and process build-up

Managing day to day HR work such as attendance and leave, employee satisfaction surveys, responding to employee queries, etc.

Own end to end HR processes assigned like onboarding, separation , leave tracking , letter generation, payroll, data updating, record maintenance or other day to day HR role,

Good knowledge of Payroll process, reimbursement process.

Taking care of medical insurance process of employee, claim settlement and renewal process.

Grievance handling, employee engagement, training & development will be part of job role.

Supervising and heading support staff and handling admin related work
