Responsibilities:

To ensure that the marketing strategy & plans for the Exams business (B2B or B2C channel) are delivered through professional marketing expertise and execution.

The role involves planning, execution. Monitoring and continuous improvement of programs for B2B OR B2C partners to deliver desired business results from the channel

To ensure that the customer & consumers are put at the center of delivering focused products and services at the right time, in the right place and in the most appropriate way.

To develop the strategy for the B2B OR B2C channel that delivers a differentiated proposition thus delivering favorable market split on IELTS

To develop & execute annual programs and content for B2B OR B2C partners and work in tandem with the BD team to achieve national and regional objectives, volume and other agreed targets

To be ahead on market intelligence for the channel and apply insights into program planning and execution

To analyze and evaluate actual customer experience against expectations using feedback, bench marking and management information and to act on the results

To set in place Monitoring and Evaluation parameters against each project, campaign and spend, and to report results against the same on a regular basis
